One project, two views. Your team works in a fast board with sprints, time and capacity. Your client sees milestones, documents and the one thing waiting for their approval. Nothing more.

01

One source of truth

Tasks, sprints, time and approvals live in the same project. No second spreadsheet for the client.

02

Two views of the same work

Choose which milestones and documents the client sees. Everything else stays inside the team.

03

Every change on record

Role changes, workflow edits and approvals are logged, so "who said yes?" always has an answer.

Plan

Every project, one honest list.

The project portfolio shows what's active, delayed or archived, with a health signal you can trust. New projects start from templates, and the calendar keeps every deadline visible.

Search

Find anything in two keystrokes.

Search tasks by owner, status, project, label and due date, across every project you can see.

Time and capacity

Every billable hour, counted. Nobody overbooked.

Log billable and non-billable time against tasks as you go. Capacity planning compares assigned effort with each person's availability, before it becomes a late night.

The client's side

What your client sees: progress, not chaos.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

What exactly does a client see?

Only what you share: selected milestones, documents and project status, plus anything waiting for their approval. Tasks, time and internal comments stay with the team.

Can a deliverable go to our lead before the client?

Yes. Approval workflows can route through internal leads first, then to the client. Each decision is recorded in the audit log.

How is the burndown calculated?

From recorded task updates: every change to an estimate or status updates the remaining work for the sprint.

Can we separate billable and non-billable time?

Yes. Every time entry is logged against a task and marked billable or non-billable.

Does it work on mobile?

Yes. The board, tasks, time logging and the client portal run on mobile and web. Workspace administration lives in the web admin.

Can we run more than one organisation?

Yes. Each workspace has its own member directory and billing owner.

One board for the team. One calm view for the client.
